These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the use of the website faircardcheck.com (hereinafter "Platform") and all associated services. Operator of the Platform is Turmitus.Tech, c/o orientas.digital, St. Niklausstrasse 8, CH-3425 Koppigen, Switzerland (hereinafter "we" or "Provider").
By using the Platform, you agree to these GTC.
The information, credit card comparisons, ratings ("FairScore"), recommendations and other content provided on faircardcheck.com serve exclusively for non-binding informational purposes and do not constitute legal or financial advice.
We do not offer individual advice tailored to your personal circumstances. The final decision for or against a credit card is your own responsibility.
We strive to keep all information current and correct. However, since credit card terms can change at short notice, we assume no warranty for the completeness, accuracy and timeliness of the information. The binding information and GTC of the respective credit card provider, which you must check before concluding a contract, are exclusively decisive.
Liability for damages resulting from the use or non-use of the provided information is excluded to the extent permitted by law. This does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or under the Product Liability Act.
Our Platform is partly financed through affiliate partnerships. This means that we may receive a commission if you submit an application or conclude a contract with a credit card provider via a link we have placed ("Affiliate Link").
We assure that the payment of commissions does not influence our ranking, our ratings (FairScore) or editorial content. Our "FairScore" algorithm is objective and is not manipulated by commission amounts. A corresponding disclaimer can be found on every relevant page.
The operators of external websites to which we link are responsible for their content. We found no illegal content at the time of linking, but permanent content monitoring is not reasonable.
You undertake not to use the Platform for abusive or illegal activities. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or commercial use of our content (in particular the card database and the FairScore algorithm) is prohibited.
The content, works and information published on this Platform (texts, logos, images, the FairScore algorithm, the overall concept) are subject to German copyright law. Any exploitation not permitted by German copyright law requires our prior written consent.
We reserve the right to amend these GTC. You will be informed of material changes by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform in a timely manner before they take effect. Unless you object to the amended version within 4 weeks of receiving the notification, your consent is deemed granted. We will separately inform you of your right to object and the legal consequences in the notification.
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Place of performance and jurisdiction for all disputes arising from these GTC is our registered office, provided you are a merchant, legal entity under public law or public special fund.
